Resilience & Continuity
Agentic plan assessment, autonomous exercises and gap analysis against standards like NIST SP 800-34.
Research → Capability → Deployment
DeLuca Industries builds software, systems and hardware for the problems that cost lives, money and time at scale. Every capability starts as research inside Quantum Edge Labs. The ones that multiply what a team can do are hardened and fielded here.
Quantum Edge Labs
Quantum Edge Labs is the research arm. It takes on competition briefs, grant challenges and unsolved field problems. Ideas that prove they can multiply human capability move through four gates before they carry the DeLuca Industries name.
Quantum Edge Labs
Open problems from defense, humanitarian and resilience challenges. Concepts are generated, modeled and stress-tested on paper first.
Quantum Edge Labs
Parametric hardware, working mobile builds and AI pipelines. Each prototype must beat the expensive, closed incumbent on cost or access.
DeLuca Industries
Security, compliance and reliability engineering. Data handling is designed for the sensitive environments these tools operate in.
DeLuca Industries
Deployed to responders, investigators, enterprises and communities, as SaaS, open hardware or an open platform anyone can build on.
Capability domains
Wherever a critical system is expensive, closed or out of reach, we build the open, affordable or automated alternative.
Agentic plan assessment, autonomous exercises and gap analysis against standards like NIST SP 800-34.
Field reporting and response tooling built for disaster zones, low bandwidth and high stakes.
Phone-paired spectrometers on open designs, from counterfeit medicine screening to field chemistry.
Offline-capable analysis, investigative tooling and open-source intelligence that stays in the analyst's hands.
Underwater swarm robotics and sensor networks that extend reach where people can't safely go.
RAG architectures, agentic workflows and transcription pipelines that turn hours of expert work into minutes.
Program manifest
Status reflects where each program sits in the pipeline. Fielded systems are available now. Development programs are taking early partners.
An AI resilience platform that assesses disaster recovery, continuity and crisis plans against industry standards, then runs tabletop and red-team exercises, fully autonomous or with people in the loop. Sensitive plans are purged when the review ends.
An open spectroscopy platform: a 3D-printed sensor that pairs with any phone, plus the software to read it. Open to anyone whose problem can be solved with a spectrum.
A counterfeit medicine detection module on Spectral Commons, including marker-peak detection for fentanyl contamination. Built for pharmacies, clinics and field teams without a lab.
An AI scripting and production suite for podcasters, from outline to teleprompter to export. Live with paid subscriptions.
Underwater swarm robotics for search, survey and recovery. Details remain restricted while research continues.
Rapid crisis damage reporting from the ground, with an analyst dashboard that turns scattered field reports into a common operating picture.
An offline security intelligence tool that runs entirely on the analyst's machine. No cloud dependency and no data leaving the room.
Wearable climate sensors that measure the conditions people actually experience, not the reading from the nearest weather station.
Dual-channel capture and transcription for military wargames, so every decision and its rationale is on the record for the after-action review.
Shingle-integrated rainwater collection and monitoring concepts, developed for global water-access innovation challenges.
Doctrine
Find the system that is expensive, closed or out of reach. Build the one that isn't.
One operator, ten times the reach. We only ship what measurably extends what a person or team can do.
Open by default. Open hardware and open platforms wherever openness serves the mission and the people it protects.
Built for the worst day. Low bandwidth, offline operation and degraded conditions are design inputs, not edge cases.
Sensitive data stays sensitive. Keep only what the mission needs, for only as long as it needs it.
Leadership
Military discipline, technical depth and an entrepreneur's bias for shipping.
Mark DeLuca has spent his career in the moments when systems fail: disaster recovery, continuity planning and crisis response. He founded DeLuca Industries to put the tools he wished existed into the hands of the people doing that work.
Quantum Edge Labs is where those tools begin. Mark runs commercial products, research competitions and public-interest projects in parallel, on the principle that a breakthrough in one domain is often the missing piece in another.
